About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our presence and sales on e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee. Your role will involve managing and optimizing our online product listings, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with the e-commerce channel partners. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing.
  • Drive sales growth through effective promotion, marketing campaigns, and product positioning on Tokopedia and Shopee.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce channel partners to enhance collaboration and drive business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to optimize our e-commerce presence.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth on e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Tokopedia and Shopee platforms, including features, algorithms, and marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sustainable packaging solutions is a plus.
